About Us
My name is Kanwar Sosheel Singh. I am 23 years old, and my zodiac sign is
Pices. I was born on 13th March, 1977 in Rawalpindi (Pakistan), in Hindu
family. I am graduate and nowadays doing M.B.A besides this running my
business in Peshawar. My whole family has settled in Peshawar. I accepted
Sikhism as my religion in 1995 at the age of 18 years. I was very much
inspired by this
religion.
My hobbies are computer, poetry, cricket, reading and music. My favorite
personality is Sahib Siri Singh Sahib Harbhajan Singh Yogi Ji. I
am very much inspired by his personality. I have found a lot of interest
in his lectures and
teachings.
I never realized how much hard work has to go into creating site on
Gurdwaras of Pakistan™. At every point I
take a step back and think to myself "would that help others?", "Would
that be useful?". Combined with the task of sourcing content, collating
content, presenting content, administering the site, promoting the site,
and adding functionality to the site, whoah, some serious late
nights!
It wasn't long before running the site became too much for me, so I
partnered with Zahid Jan, my friend. Between us we have pushed
this site to the limit, hopefully providing a valuable and useful site to
the Sikh community at
large.
In order to get pictures, I almost traveled in Pakistan with Zahid Jan. I
find it really interesting. Though the site is launched but it is not more
then the first step. Our plan is to cover all the Gurdwaras in the world
in this
site.
I dedicate this site to Siri Singh Sahib Harbhajan Singh Yogi Ji who
worked hard for the Cherdi Kala of Panth.

Greetings from Pakistan. My name is Zahid
Jan, born on 22nd December, 1978 in Al-Beiyda (Libya). My
zodiac sign is Capricorn. I belong to a Muslim family. I did my BS
(Computer Sciences) from Preston University, and currently doing Masters
in Information Technology. I am also working at Diocese of Peshawar as an
Examinations
Controller.
Sosheel is my old best friend, and I have found him a great person.
Few months before, he asked me to help him in designing the Sikh site,
which was his dream, and now at this stage, when the dream seems to be
fulfilled, I can see the light in his
eyes.
I dedicate this site to all the mankind, especially the Sikh community of
Pakistan.
At this moment, I can never forget Simran Kaur, who sent us Chanting CDs
and Audio Cassettes, which helped us in making this dream true. I can not
express my feelings in words, but I know she understands.
